Perfect location on Main Street Penn Yan. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Access to the bike trail close by. Lovely studio with everything we needed! Comfortable furniture. Washer/dryer was a plus. Great communication with Linger. Would highly recommend!
Sheridan House Studio delivers the perfect getaway accommodations through its quiet and comfortable environment, as well as its location to coffee/shops/restaurants! The convenience of literally walking out the door and being able to begin each morning at Amity Coffee was immeasurable. The proximity to hikes, vineyards and again being able to enjoy dinners at Burnt Rose Wine Bar and 18th Amendment by just walking downstairs made our getaway fun-filled and delicious! Perfect appropriate amount of check-in te
This was our second stay at the Sheridan Studio. The location is unmatched. Several restaurants, breweries and a wine bar only steps away. It's always clean and well maintained. Check in and out is made easy will great communication days and weeks leading up to our stay. The finger lakes has become a yearly trip for us and The Sheridan Studio and Penn Yan couldn't be a better launching point for hiking/biking and obviously wine tasting.
My niece had a wedding in Penn Yan, NY at a winery. Although they blocked a bunch of rooms at a local hotel, I stumbled on the Linger Hospitality website. We opted for the Sheridan House Suite. It is/was perfect for the two of us. Complete with a full kitchen and a king bed. Very well appointed, and complete with a large TV, sofa, couple chairs and a washer and dryer. The perfect place to get away and still feel at home. We will be back. The town is so fun and provides a lot of history.
Everything you need and a central spot in the Finger Lakes
For singles or couples looking to stay in a quaint small town in Finger Lakes region, this pristinely cleaned studio apartment at the north end of Keuka Lake fits the bill. A short walk to breakfast, lunch & dinner spots, right above a wine bar (that close at 10 pm latest!) and lose to a great bike/sport rental spot (Shoreline Rentals). Close to great wineries, trails, anything else you'd desire.
We stayed for three days for our anniversary in July. It was very clean and very cozy yet fancy. It was a very comfortable and very conveniently located. We were able to leave and hit up the wine trail around the lakes very easily. The bar beneath us never got too loud and went quiet right around 10pm. We loved staying here!
