Penny Lane is a spacious, inviting home on Keuka's East Bluff neighborhood. Located just a few minutes from the Village of Penn Yan, this home is ideal for a summer vacation or a spring/fall getaway. The home was built with views of Keuka Lake from all of the bedrooms and main living areas and has a lovely 2 story dock over the water.
On the main floor is an open living space with large kitchen, dining area and Living room. The Kitchen is stocked with cookware and dinnerware and has a large island for additional dining. The Living room has comfortable seating, a tv, and patio doors out on the small side patio where the gas grill is located (the interior fireplace in the living room is not in working condition and cannot be used by guests). From the dining area, there are large windows looking out over the lake, making it easy to dine while enjoying the views of the water. The patio doors from the dining area go out onto a small balcony where you can enjoy a few moments of quiet in the rocking chairs.
There is a large Primary bedroom, with a King size bed, on the main floor with windows overlooking the lake. The main floor bathroom is across the hall and has a tub/shower along with large vanity and double sink.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and another full bath….Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a Double/Full size bed. Each of these bedrooms has their own smart TV for guests to enjoy a show from their cozy bed. The full bath on this floor has a tub/shower and is across the hall from Bedroom 2.
The Lower level has a large open Family Room area with a tv, sleeper sofa, spacious desk/office area and an additional bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom on the Lower level has a bunk bed with each bunk being a Double/Full size bed, and large windows overlooking the lake. The Lower level full bath has a tub/shower
From the Lower level Family Room you can walk out onto a small patio and down the landscaped stairs to the dock. The dock has two levels and, from the house, you'll walk down onto the top level of the dock where you can find outdoor seating and a gas firepit. From the top level of the dock there is a flight of stairs to the lower dock where there are 2 whip systems for tying up water equipment. There is a kayak available for guests to use as well. The lower level of the dock also connects to the large outdoor deck area that overhangs the lakefront and where you can enter the water for swimming. Penny Lane has beautiful and expansive views of Keuka Lake from the upper level of the dock and you'll love watching the sun set from here!
*This home does have a flight of stairs from the parking area to the main entry door. If you have mobility issues, please be aware that you will need to navigate a flight of stairs to access the home
*Air conditioning is provided with central air.
*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.
**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25.
**No pets or animals allowed
**No parties allowed

**Lake conditions are not guaranteed and are non refundable
**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times, no exceptions. No more than 10 people are allowed on the premises at any time, and excess guests will be asked to leave.
**Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking
**DOCKS: A dock is provided, you are solely responsible for ensuring docks, boatlifts, and/or mooring facilities are adequate.
Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.
**Seasonal amenities: kayaks and some outdoor furniture are available seasonally and are often available for use from mid-May to October

I stayed at Penny Lane for a low-key bachelorette party in early September, and it was the perfect house for a girls weekend getaway. We loved drinking our coffee in the morning with a perfect water view and especially loved cozying by the fire on the deck in the evening. We also made use of the paddle board and kayak available at the property. Although no children came with us on this trip, the owners made the space incredibly kid friendly with lots of toys and baby gates. I would absolutely stay again!
Our family (3 generations) enjoyed a fun filled week in this lovely home! The layout worked well for the kids along with the secured baby gate, toys and books! We enjoyed the dock and fire pit while taking in the stunning views. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We cooked meals each day and were thankful for a well equipped kitchen. The location was in great proximity to grocery stores in Penn Yan, wineries, Watkins Glen and other points of interest. We hope to vacation here again soon!
Great location, toy box for 4 and 6 year olds, well equipped kitchen, outside deck/dock with gas fire pit, comfortable beds, crib for 8 mo old, desk/work area for the two family members running their own businesses, a kayak – this house has everything. Augmented by lily pad and paddle boards we rented from Lake Shore. We had a wonderful week together making memories.
The place was beautiful and the swimming area was great. The beds were very comfortable. We liked the ramp going down to the dock area .
House had great amenities, especially the kitchen. Bed were comfortable and so were the linens.
The entire family had a fantastic week this summer at Penny Lane. The house was clean and the kitchen well equipped. Beautiful views of Lake Keuka and outstanding sunsets. Beds were comfortable with many sleeping options for the family which included children. We appreciated all the games, movies and toys that were available. The dock was fantastic for the daytime water activities and evenings by the fire pit.
Perfect for our annual Keuka Lake family vacation. Home was spacious, the deck was beautiful, and the we loved the location on the bluff! Thank you for a great stay.

This was our first trip to Penny Lane – a 3-day weekend – and we loved it! Everywhere there are huge windows facing the lake! We utilized all the pleasant nooks on the main and lower floors where we could relax – read – play and yet still hear the the water lapping against the shore. The multi-level dock was ideal for our boat and the top deck was relaxing throughout the day and the perfect place to gather at night around the fire pit.
