Happy Daze is a great spot on Keuka's East Lake community!
Happy Daze has 5 bedrooms with all of the bedrooms and living spaces arranged so that they have views of Keuka Lake. The home sits up on a slight knoll giving it a birds eye view of the lake below. With the private lakefront, dock, and pebble beach area, you'll be able to get in the water and not just enjoy the view of the lake from the house!
The main floor living area has an open floor plan with a fully furnished Kitchen, Dining area and large Living room. The Living room has a gas burning fireplace and large windows facing toward the lake. The Dining area has large patio doors that lead out onto the spacious front porch where there is a large table for outdoor dining along with a gas grill.
There is a half bath along with a laundry room just off of the living area on the main floor.
The Primary suite is on the main floor with a King size bed, smart TV, and huge master bathroom. The Primary bathroom has a soaking tub, a shower, and a double sink with plenty of vanity space.
The additional four bedrooms are located on the second floor with two of the bedrooms having King size beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom with two Twin beds. There are 2 full baths on the second floor both with tub/showers and double sinks.
Happy Daze has 20' of private lakefront and beach area with a small permanent dock and a small deck with outdoor dining. The lakefront is located just across the quiet street from the home and is accessed by a flight of stairs to the deck/outdoor dining area. The pebble beach is great for wading, swimming, or kayaking.

**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. Only 10 guests at any time
**Parking for 4 vehicles only!!! NO EXCEPTIONS
**Lake conditions are not guaranteed and are non refundable
**Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking
**DOCKS: A dock is provided, unfortunately the water depth is not deep enough to bring a boat and we request that guests do not bring motorized watercraft
Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by watercraft or the guest themselves.

Happy Daze is a beautiful well equipped home on Keuka Lake. Perfect location for a annual girls weekend winery trip! The house is clean , beautifully decorated and spacious. Awesome lake views too. Convenient location for touring as well. We visited Keuka wineries, and explored Penn Yan and Hammondsport, and trekked to Seneca Lake. Bonus for our weekend- we were treated to a ton of unexpected late fall leaf peeping color!! Thanks for an EXCELLENT stay!
Lovely home with fantastic view and lake access. Well stocked with basics. Short drive nearby population center, wineries, breweries, and other attractions.
Perfect house and location for a quiet Jack n Jill in the Finger Lakes. Close to everything, tons of wineries and breweries nearby! The hosts made the stay very relaxing and effortless! Linger Hospitality never disappoints!!!
We had a wonderful stay at Happy Daze on Keuka lake. The house was large and fit our family. The location was nice, just across the road from the beach with easy access to the beach. The home had everything we needed. It was a warm, sunny week and we made fun memories.
Planned an 8 couple mature adult weekend. House was roomy yet warm feeling . Lake views from front porch fabulous. Kitchen bedrooms and baths all spotless well appointed . Everything needed for meal prep was available Easily accessed all the wineries breweries restaurants. Used dock to sit lakeside.
Another very fun Girls' Weekend!! This was year 15! Thank you Linger Hospitality. One from our group of eight said it best: “Wow! This place is beautiful- the photos don't do it justice.” The layout of the kitchen and living is perfect for everyone being able to talk and visit while cooking, snacking, doing puzzles, playing games, and more, with a roomy dining table . We loved how the windows in the bedrooms each had a lake view. We'd highly recommend!!
We had a lovely stay at Happy Daze. It's in a great location for Keuka and Seneca wineries, and it has lovely views of the lake. The manager was responsive and helpful. We will be back.

We had an amazing week at this property! We went as a large family with multiple kids / adults and there was plenty of room, house was much nicer than pictures! You could not beat the view from the porch and the street was so quiet and perfect for strolls. The dock is large and we had fun fishing and rented a boat one day! Location is close to many wineries and not far from Watkins Glen, Seneca lake. We will be back!
