Located along the Outlet Trail, Fall Brook is a nature lover's paradise.
Tucked into the hillside by Seneca Falls on the Keuka Outlet Trail, you can hear the waterfall and the trees whispering along the waterway. Follow the path from the cabin to the Outlet Trail and you can hike or bike the 7 mile long trail that runs along the waterway from Keuka Lake to Seneca Lake. The waterfall is literally a stones throw away, just across the pathway.
Fall Brook is a completely renovated, 3 bedroom, cabin-style home with a modern vibe. You'll enter the house through the covered patio area which has an outdoor dining space, large gas grill, and outdoor kitchenette area.
The Kitchen has beautiful open shelving, stonework, a hand crafted kitchen island, and a cozy dining nook complete with a handcrafted table and built in benches.
The stairway to the second floor is in the middle of the house, creating a bit of a divider between the Kitchen and Dining area and the large Living Room. The Living Room has big glass patio doors that walk out onto the covered patio, a comfortable leather couch, arm chairs, and a beautiful gas fireplace.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Primary Bedroom is large with a King size bed, attached full bath with tiled walk in shower and soaking tub, and a door to it's own private balcony area. The Master bedroom balcony is separated from the main balcony by a privacy wall.
Bedroom 2 has a King size bed and Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. There is an additional full bath on the second floor with a walk in tiled shower.
The second floor balcony is furnished with Adirondack chairs and a gas firepit, you can sit out here and listen to the rush of the waterfall, the wind in the trees, the birds singing, and all of the peaceful evening noises. This is also a perfect spot to catch some sun's rays during the day.
The garage has been renovated and turned into a game room The game room has multiple arcade games and a foosball table. Also included in your stay are two adult bikes (one with a toddler seat) for you to enjoy the Outlet Trail on!
Centrally located just minutes outside of Penn Yan, you'll have a short drive to both the Keuka Lake wineries and the Seneca Lake wine trail. You'll be just a few minutes from some of the great little eateries, coffee shops, and shopping that Penn Yan has to offer and about 15 minutes from the city of Geneva.

*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were able to take advantage of the near by hiking and plentiful outdoor seating areas. Would stay here again!
Relly enjoyed the stay at Fall Brook. Relaxing and peaceful. Nice amenities with the games room and fire pits.
Everything from start to finish was perfect! The gorgeous grounds, the waterfall, the beautiful bedrooms; the well-equipped kitchen, the barbecue area, the game room! I would go there again in a minute!
The esthetic of the property is amazing inside and out. Beautifully decorated with everything you will need for a stay. Property management team was very efficient in their communications with me. Check-in and out was simple. Great location…close to many things. The outdoor area in the front of the house is amazing with a grill, a table, heaters, and easy access to the game room which is in the garage. We hope to return in the warmer months so we can enjoy that outdoor area. I would highly recommend!
Looking for a place to hide and not be around people, this is it. Secluded, darling rental that has everything you need! Great place to sit around in your pjs all morning, enjoy a cup of coffee outside and relax!! Very clean, highend names can be found in every room! Owner was fabulous and attentive…had a water issue and responded immediately!!! If you have trouble going up and down the stairs, the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor, Living room furniture is low to the ground and maybe difficult
This was our first time renting a property through Linger Hospitality. The process was wonderful. Better than what I've experienced with the national rental companies. Great communication along the way, including great information about things to do in the area. Would definitely rent through Linger again. Fall Brook was beautiful – the house, the property, the location were all great. Our family was able to spread out and relax in the wonderful bedrooms and really enjoyed the game garage. Everything
We stayed here for my friends birthday weekend and we all were very happy with the property amenities, location, and will definitely will be back in the future!
The location of the house is central to town and very close to the river, yet private and quiet. The house itself is exactly as advertised and everything worked well. Would definitely stay here again.
This is the perfect home for a small group. We had two in our party but could have invited another couple and been comfortable. The house has such a great location being between Seneca Lake and Keuka Lake and very close to Pen Yann grocery stores, make it easy to get to all the two lakes offer. We especially enjoyed the waterfalls that were behind the house located on the Keuka outlet trail. We could hear the lovely sound of falling waters as we sat out on the upper and lower porches. The porches were great
