Welcome to Chateau at Castle Point Paradise! Located along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, this 3 bedroom modern cabin offers a beautiful view of Seneca Lake that can be enjoyed from one of the private balconies or the spacious deck.
Inside Chateau you’ll find a fully furnished kitchen with a small granite topped island. The main Living space is open through the kitchen and into the dining and living room area. There is a gas burning fireplace in the Dining space for lighting a fire on cooler nights while watching your favorite Netflix show on the TV.
The Primary bedroom is on the main floor and has a King size bed with an en suite bathroom. This bathroom is open to the bedroom area and has a tiled walk in shower, toilet and bowl sink.
From the Dining area, you can walk out onto the large deck through the back entry door. The basement level door and the stairs to the second floor are also located off of the Dining area.
Upstairs you’ll find an open balcony area, 2 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, TV and a private outdoor balconies off of each bedroom. This level also has a full bath with tub/shower.
In the basement is a family room with a sectional couch, TV, pool table and small wet bar area. There is a Queen size Murphy bed in the basement that sleeps 2 as well as a full bath with shower. The laundry area is also located in the basement.
The deck will leave you with plenty of outdoor options. You can enjoy a meal cooked on a gas grill and relax on the comfortable poly furniture. And after the evening lights fade you can climb into the hot tub to soak your worries away. The yard is large and spacious, with an additional patio and firepit area in the yard for enjoying a campfire on cooler nights.
The location of the cabin will not disappoint – far enough off the beaten path to give you privacy on your vacation but close to the main road and several of our area’s greatest attractions. Only 2 miles from Severne Point boat launch.
Chateau is a sister cabin to our Castello cabin, located on the same private road. If you have a larger group, these two cabins, plus our smaller Chalet cabin, are perfect to rent together as a group. These 3 are all located on the same private lane

*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.
**We ask that primary renters be 25 years of age or older. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with this request
**No pets or animals allowed
**No parties allowed

**Parking for 4 vehicles only!
**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy, no exceptions. No more than 8 persons at any time, additional guests will be asked to leave

This was our first time at Seneca Lake and it was a perfect location. We had enough room for everyone and spent a very relaxing and wine filled weekend.
Spent a wonderful week in the Castle Point cabins. Cabin was clean and comfortable. No issues or concerns.
We had a wonderful stay. Everything was top notch. Centrally located with great views and a short walk to the lake. We would stay here again. ?? Carrie
This house was the perfect size for 6 ladies on a girls trip! It was so clean and had all the amenities we ever could have ever asked for. We loved watching a thunderstorm roll in under the covered porch. Close to a ton of great wineries and a 15 minute drive to Watkins Glen. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. Ruth was wonderful and answered all of my questions. We loved everything about our stay and will absolutely be booking again!
The house was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we needed. It was close to several wineries. Only suggestion I have is a few full length mirrors and a dresser in the upstairs bedroom. Neither of these things hampered our stay. We would stay here again!
We are so glad we picked this property! A lot of time was spent just relaxing and enjoying the property. Yes, of course, we did a few winery's and dinner out, but we felt so comfortable to just enjoy the hot tub, play some board games and enjoy our family's time together! Will definitely be back!
Took the family away for a 3 night stay over Thanksgiving and really enjoyed it. We all loved the hot tub, the movie theatre set up in the basement and the kitchen was well stocked. Check in and communication was easy and we had no issues. Really enjoyed this house and the location – easy drive to Watkins Glen and everything we would need but felt private enough to be like a cabin in the woods.
We all enjoyed our stay at the Chateau it was very convenient for us to visit places in the area. The view was spectacular we were on a cousins reunion and we just really enjoyed everything. It was so pieceful. Thanks for a wonderful stay
This is our 2nd year renting the Chateau for the vintage weekend. We had a small issue with the smoke detector going off in the middle of the night (no smoke or fire issue). I called the next day and got a quick response via phone and a visit.
My family had a great stay at the Chateau at Castle Point! The location was perfect, close to everything on Seneca but private and quiet. Roomy enough for 6 adults and 2 small kids, with a large yard to play in. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. We will definitely return!
