DESCRIPTION
Castello is a cozy modern 3 bedroom cabin, located along the Seneca Lake wine trail. This cabin is just a stones throw from State Rt 14 but set back in on a private lane with a lovely view of Seneca Lake.
Walking in to Castello, you’ll find a fully furnished kitchen with a granite topped island. The Living room area is open to the kitchen and the dining area, which has a table for 8, and a cozy gas fireplace for chilly nights. There is a half bath located on the main floor, just off of the Kitchen/Dining area.
The Primary bedroom is adjacent to the Living area and has a King size bed with an en suite bathroom. This bathroom is open to the bedroom (no connecting door) and has a tiled walk-in shower.
From the Dining area, you can walk out onto the large deck through the back entry door. The deck is spacious with comfortable deck furniture and the hot tub is located just outside the back door.
On the second floor you’ll find 2 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, TV and a private outdoor balcony. This level also has a full bath with walk in shower.
The lower level is the large open family room area. The family room has a sectional couch, TV, pool table, and small wet bar area.
There is a Queen size Murphy bed in the basement that sleeps 2, as well as a full bath with shower. The laundry area is also located in the basement.
The large outdoor deck will leave you with plenty space. You can enjoy a meal cooked on a gas grill and relax on the comfortable poly furniture, or soak in the hot tub. The yard is large and spacious, with plenty of room to bring outdoor games. There is a patio and firepit area in the yard for enjoying a campfire on cooler nights.
The location of the cabin will not disappoint – far enough off the beaten path to give you privacy on your vacation but close to the main road and several of our area’s greatest attractions. Only 2 miles from Severne Point boat launch.
**Castello is a sister cabin to our Chateau cabin, located on the same private road. If you have a larger group, these two cabins, plus our smaller Chalet cabin, are perfect to rent together as a group.
*Air conditioning is provided via central air
*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.
**We ask that the primary renter be 25 years of age or older. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with this request
**No pets or animals allowed
**No parties allowed
**Smoking prohibited
**Parking for 4 vehicles only
**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy, no exceptions. No more than 8 persons at any time, additional persons will be asked to leave

We had such a great time staying with our family at Castello and Chateau!! Beautiful homes and wonderful hosts!! We have been here before and can't wait to come back!!
We enjoyed beautiful views from our patio even under cloudy skies. We had all the comforts of home while away. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. For seniors, the only thing that might improve would be safety bars in the shower. Other than that our stay was perfect.
Castello is a great location as a base for touring wineries, restaurants, hiking & biking in the Seneca/Keuka area. Lots of great options within a 30 minute drive. The Castello cabin is spotless, well equipped and easily accommodated the four of us. We especially enjoyed the deck in the AM for coffee with great views of the lake and stargazing around the fire ring in the evening. Everything is well kept and very clean.
We had a low key bachelorette weekend here, and it was excellent! The house is very roomy and clean. The lake view is so pretty in the mornings. Beds were comfy and easily slept 8 people. The closest towns were either Watkins Glen or Penn Yan about 15-20 mins away.
Spent a wonderful week in the Castle Point cabins. Cabin was clean and comfortable. No issues or concerns.

This was our group's third time enjoying a stay here. We always appreciate the service, cleanliness, communication and accessibility of all of the amenities. The hot tub is well maintained and we appreciate the hospitality. We will be back!
Perfect location for our wine tour. House and hot tub were very clean. Fireplaces work great for heat.
The cabin was immaculate, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The property is nice and quiet, the deck is perfect for an early morning relaxing cup of coffee before you start your day.
