Bluff's Charm is a cozy spot on Keuka Lake's east side, in the East Bluff neighborhood, just minutes from the Village of Penn Yan.
Bluff's Charm is a one story home with a large wrap around deck, a wonderful place to sit and watch the water, catch sunrises/sunsets, or do some bird watching. The house sits down from the main road, tucked in the trees, and is accessed, from the parking area, by several flights of stairs.
The main living area has windows overlooking the lake, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room and dining area.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a King bed, another with a Queen bed, and a third with a Twin over Queen bunk bed. The home has 2 full baths, both with tub/showers.
The outdoor deck wraps around two sides of the house, and there are several flights of stairs to the lakefront. The lakefront cabana is a great spot to relax and get out of the sun for a few minutes. On the beach area outside of the cabana, you'll find a firepit on the lake shore and a deck area with outdoor furniture.
The pebble beach area extends along the shoreline and there is a private permanent dock for guest use, along with a kayak and a canoe. With over 150' of private shoreline/lakefront, Bluff's Charm is an absolute gem for privacy on the lake during your vacation and plenty of room to enjoy the lake.
*Air conditioning is provided via wall units
*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.
**We ask that the primary renter be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with this request
**No pets or animals allowed
**No parties allowed
**Smoking prohibited.
**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. No Exceptions. Only 7 guests allowed at any time.
**Parking for 3 vehicles only.
**Lake conditions are not guaranteed and are non refundable
**Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking
**DOCK USEAGE:
A permanent dock is provided, you are solely responsible for ensuring docks, and/or mooring facilities are adequate if guest brings or rents watercraft/boat.
Guest assumes all liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock, or their boat, during their stay…. whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.
**Seasonal amenities: kayaks and some outdoor furniture are available seasonally and are available for use from mid-May to October

We really enjoyed our stay Bluff's charm. The house is great with views of the lake from all the living areas. The bedrooms are in the back of the house which was very quiet and quite conducive for sleeping. We enjoyed many days just sitting on the dock and enjoying the waterfront. My grandson and I spent two nights sleeping in the Cabana which was quite a treat. There is a nice fire pit at the lake which we enjoyed quite a few nights. The house was very quiet and comfortable and had great outdoor spaces. We had a minor issue and it was dealt with swiftly and in a friendly way. The kitchen is well appointed for a rental which we appreciate as we like to cook.
My husband and I were supposed to go with another couple but they ended up having to cancel last minute due to an emergency. My husband and I still went due to it being too late to cancel. The house was spacious and nice. Definitely enough space to enjoy with multiple people. Location and the view was WONDERFUL. We had such a fun time and will definitely visit the area again.

This is our second time renting this charming home on Keuka Lake. The home is comfortably furnished with plenty of space for a family of 5-6 to spread out and come together for meals and games. The lakefront location is spectacular – we loved swimming and floating off the dock and lounging the day away. Wine tasting, local craft breweries, and excellent options for dining or taking out are all just a short drive away. Our family was blessed with excellent weather that allowed us to to take full advantage of Bluff's Charm amazing beach and dock. We were in the water every day and had a campfire lakeside every evening. Thank you very much for your hospitality and for the clean property. Tim V.
Our family of four enjoyed staying at this adorable house. The bluff side location made us feel like we were living in a tree house! The house was well furnished: everything (and more) that we needed in the kitchen, plenty of books and puzzles for the lazy days, and provisions for enjoying the lake. The only disappointment was that there was no canoe as advertised, which left two of us on shore while the other two enjoyed the kayaks (which we did!). We would definitely return.
