Come and stay 'Among the Oaks' at this stunning new home just off the Seneca Lake Wine trail. Completed in 2024, this luxury, custom, 4 bedroom home is set on a wooded lot close to the lake.
This home was built with both comfort and beauty in mind and you'll notice this right away when you walk through the door. Walking in the front door you'll enter the beautiful large vaulted entryway with it's lovely brick laid floor.
There are 2 bedrooms located in the front of the house, one with a King bed and the other with a Queen. Both bedrooms have their own smart tv so you can watch your shows from the comfort of your bed. The main floor full bath is also located just outside of these bedrooms and has a beautiful tiled walk in shower and custom vanity.
The main living space is spacious and light-filled, and the Kitchen, Living room, and Dining room are all open to each other. The Kitchen has plenty of workspace, a large stainless steel 36" stove/oven and a big kitchen island with a farmhouse sink and counter stools for additional dining space. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably and there is a set of glass sliding doors that open on to the back patio and back yard allowing the views of the woods to come inside and makes it easy to transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
The living room has a gorgeous vaulted ceiling with large windows looking out over the back yard, a beautiful gas fireplace and you can cozy up on our leather chairs or the couch for a quiet night by the fire or for watching your favorite movie on the Roku tv.
Tucked behind the living room is the Primary bedroom with a King, a smart tv, and an attached primary bath. The primary bath has a large soaking tub, a double sink, tiled shower with dual shower heads, and a separate toilet room.
On the lower level of this home is a spacious and comfortable Family room area. The Family room has a huge pit sofa (it will seat the whole family…easily!!), a table for playing a game of cards, and a pool table. The 120" projector screen is connected to a Roku system….turning the projector into a massive smart tv.
The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level with a King bed. There is another full bath located just outside of this bedroom with a walk in shower.
The back patio has a beautiful woodburning fireplace for building a cozy fire after dark, outdoor furniture to sink into after a day of wine tasting, and an outdoor dining table. There is an additional firepit on the side lawn for roasting smores or an evening under the stars.

After a long day of visiting wineries, checking out local eateries and meeting new people it was nice to unwind with some local desserts in front of the outdoor fireplace.
We had a wonderful stay. It was perfect for our family! From the game & movie room in the basement to the well stocked kitchen, and cute decorated bedrooms, not to mention the large windows over looking the lake. The snow was a plus as well ! Over all I would say one of the best stay experience.
We enjoyed our time at this lovely home. It was a great location for the wineries, lake and the beautiful waterfalls.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Among the Oaks with our sons and daughters-in-law. The house is very well designed and equipped with many extras to ensure a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen has all of the cooking and baking tools that you need to prepare breakfasts and dinners on snowy and icy nights like we had. The entertainment room was perfect for movies, playing pool and an intense Ms. Pac-Man competition. Communication was very efficient. We hope to return to Among the

This was a great place for 4 families with young kids to get together, stay in and have a great time. We cooked, played games in the huge room downstairs and the kids had ample space to run around. Rooms were perfect size and the house was decorated just enough to be nice but not dangerous to kids. Super clean. spacious and great outdoor space as well. We loved the fireplace, and ability to drive to town within 20 mins to grab items or eat out.
The best are very comfy with great bedding and pillows. All the furniture is comfortable and cozy, loves the intricate details of this home. Easy check in and out. Lovely recommendations for the surrounding area. All the appliances and dishes we needed. Really appreciated having spices and cooking oil. The basement is perfect for a group with the projector.
This house was everything we needed and more for our weekend away with our close friends for Deck the Halls! The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The linens were crisp and comfy. The downstairs entertainment room was the perfect mix of cozy, yet roomy for the guys to play pool and the girls to watch the large projection screen. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to make snacks and a couple meals. Bathrooms were super clean. We will definitely be booking this house again!!
