Roosterfish Brewing
Rooster Fish Brewing is a small batch brewing company located downtown in Watkins Glen with a fabulous atmosphere. Rooster Fish Brewing is one of New York`s first official farm breweries with products made primarily from local farms. Our favorite: the blonde ale.

Climbing Bines
Specializing in small batch, handcrafted ales brewed on site and harvested just up the road, Climbing Bines is a great destination for craft beer. Climbing Bines was named the best craft brewery in the state by Yelp, and you won`t want to miss a chance to stop and try a flight. Open with indoor and outdoor seating available.

Finger Lakes Distilling
Finger Lakes Distilling is a New York State Farm Distillery, which means that they`re a small operation making a handcrafted product. Using locally grown fruits and grains to make high quality, handcrafted spirits. Able to devote all our attention to everything they make; they don’t take any shortcuts. Flavored vodkas and liqueurs are made in the traditional manner, by soaking real fruits in the spirit. No added extracts or synthetic flavoring to speed up the process. Whiskies rest in oak barrels for as long as they need to, until they mature into the rich aged spirit are offered with pride.
