The Loft apartment is the perfect spot for spending a few nights away. Located in the historic Main Street business district in Penn Yan, this second floor walkup apartment has been completely renovated and has all the modern amenities while keeping that historic, old world charm.
Originally constructed in 1880, this historic property offers a fully open-plan loft apartment with the full kitchen, dining area, seating area, and sleeping areas all contained in one open space. Walking into the apartment, you'll get that perfect blend of industrial and farmhouse vibes. The ceilings have been removed to expose the beautiful old rafters and tall, arched windows grace the front of the apartment and offer views of Main Street. The first floor below the apartment houses a locally owned and operated antique and home furnishings shop. There is a significant acoustical separation between the Loft and the shop below. The shop's operating hours are limited to 8am-9pm, but they normally open later and close considerably earlier than that.
The street-level main entrance opens to a flight of stairs leading up to the Loft. The full kitchen is large and has windows offering views of the rear parking area and adjacent streets and buildings. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware for 4, a full-size dishwasher, and a coffee maker. The dining area has a large table that comfortably seats 4 and is a fantastic spot for a sit-down dinner or game night.
The seating area has a large comfortable couch, large TV, and two twin day beds. The main sleeping area includes a king size bed, dresser, large wardrobe, and has tall, arched windows offering views of Main Street. There is a folding divider to offer a bit of
privacy to the bed area. There is a dedicated desk/workspace adjacent to the main sleeping area.
The full bathroom contains a tub/shower and a small vanity/sink. Adjacent to the bathroom there is a full-sized washer and dryer.
The Loft is the perfect home-away-from-home apartment, whether you’re traveling for work or vacationing with your significant other and a few friends. You’ll love the specialty coffee shop just a few doors down, Amity Coffee Co., the Burnt Rose Wine Bar next door, and you’ll find many other amenities including restaurants, bars, and the Keuka Outlet Trail within feet of your front door. Breweries, dozens of wineries, and countless opportunities for hiking can all be found within a short drive.
EV charging is available at the town library- 2 blocks away and just a short 5 minute walk from the apartment.

*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest. If you run out, you will be responsible for purchasing more according to the needs of your group
**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25.

**No parties allowed at any time.
**Smoking prohibited except in outdoor areas.

The Loft was spotless. A large, comfortable space. Great kitchen, dining, and TV area. Bed was very comfortable. Easy parking. Enjoyed Parker's Grille, next door, food was delish & Mary the bartender terrific. Good location to explore the Finger Lakes region.

**In the event of a cancellation, it is necessary to notify Linger Hospitality as soon as possible. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days prior to the start date of a guests stay will be refunded in full, less the processing fee (percentage of reservation) and the damage insurance ($59), if applicable. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to the start date will receive 50% refund less the processing fee and damage insurance, if applicable. Cancellations received after the 30 day time period will not receive a refund. No refunds will be made for early departures or late arrivals. By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions of cancellation.
*A rental agreement will be sent to the guest via email immediately after booking. This rental agreement will need to be initialed by the guest before entry can be allowed into the home.
*Check in is 4:00 P.M. Check out at 10:00 A.M. Check in and Check out times MUST BE PROMPT unless arrangements are made otherwise with the reservationist.
*Reservation hold payment is 50% of the reservation amount, due at the time of reservation. Payment due in full 30 days before check in.
*Required fees include the processing fee and our hospitality fee. The hospitality fee covers all linens for the beds, one set of towels/washcloths per guest, and toiletries for your stay as well as cleaning service and laundry service for after your departure. All beds will be outfitted with linens before you arrive. Beach towels are not provided.
