This newly built Keuka home, on Keuka Lake's coveted East Lake Rd, is a wonderful home for your next Keuka lake vacation. Keuka Sunset Retreat has private lakefront with 100' of private shale beach and dock, along with 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and large open living spaces joined by cozy lounging areas....making this home quite comfortable whether you have a group of 10 people or just 2.
The paved driveway comes in off the road to the parking area and the main entry door. Walking in the front door, you'll enter the spacious entry. To the right is the open Kitchen with plenty of workspace, large pantry, double wall ovens, kitchen sink overlooking Keuka Lake, and a large Kitchen island with additional bar seating. The Kitchen also has a cozy sitting area in the corner, with 2 comfortable chairs, a perfect spot for your morning coffee.
The Dining area is adjacent to the Kitchen and has a large farmhouse table with room for 10 people.
There is a large sunroom with 2 separate seating areas (couches and arm chairs) just off of the Kitchen and Dining area. The sunroom has windows all around with views of the lake and is a lovely room for watching evening sunsets or for morning coffee.
Tucked behind the Dining area is a small sunken sitting area with a couch and gas fireplace. A cozy spot for enjoying a warm fire or for reading a book. Next to the sunken sitting room is an additional Living space (the TV room) with comfortable furniture and the TV.
Upstairs you'll find the 5 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is very large and spacious with a King size bed, windows overlooking Keuka Lake, and a desk area for working while you're away from home. The Master bathroom is connected to the Master Bedroom and has a double sink, walk in shower, large closet, and large windows overlooking the lake.
Bedroom 2 has a King size bed and windows overlooking the lake as well. There is a full Bath located across the hall from Bedroom 2 with a tub/shower. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, Bedroom 4 is a Twin bed with an additional Twin trundle, and Bedroom 5 has a Queen bed as well. There is an additional full Bath across the hall from Bedroom 5.
Tucked behind the house there is a large landscaped patio area with outdoor furniture, a great spot to dine in the evening while you watch the sunset over the water.
The private lakefront and dock are across the street from the house. There is a flight of steps down to the landing area where there is an outdoor firepit. Another flight of steps will take you to the pebble beach area and the dock.

**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25.
**No pets or animals allowed at any time.
**No parties allowed at any time.
**Smoking prohibited except in outdoor areas.
**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS. ONLY 10 GUESTS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME!
**Parking for 4 vehicles only.
**DOCKS: A seasonal dock is provided. Seasonal docks are not designed for tying boats/water equipment to them for any length of time. Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.

**In the event of a cancellation, it is necessary to notify Linger Hospitality as soon as possible. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days prior to the start date of a guests stay will be refunded in full, less the processing fee (percentage of reservation) and the damage insurance ($59), if applicable. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to the start date will receive 50% refund less the processing fee and damage insurance, if applicable. Cancellations received after the 30 day time period will not receive a refund. No refunds will be made for early departures or late arrivals. By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions of cancellation.
*A rental agreement will be sent to the guest via email immediately after booking. This rental agreement will need to be initialed by the guest before entry can be allowed into the home.
*Check in is 4:00 P.M. Check out at 10:00 A.M. Check in and Check out times MUST BE PROMPT unless arrangements are made otherwise with the reservationist.
*Reservation hold payment is 50% of the reservation amount, due at the time of reservation. Payment due in full 30 days before check in.
*Required fees include the processing fee and our hospitality fee. The hospitality fee covers all linens for the beds, one set of towels/washcloths per guest, and toiletries for your stay as well as cleaning service and laundry service for after your departure. All beds will be outfitted with linens before you arrive. Beach towels are not provided.
