There are so many things to consider and plan for when getting ready for a vacation. See a number of frequently asked questions below to help get you going on making a reservation and packing. Not finding what you need? Contact our office for additional assistance.

We require 50% of your reservation total to be paid upon booking the home, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are booking a home within 30 days of arrival, your balance is to be paid in full upon booking.

Yes, we include bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and bed linens for each home’s occupancy amount. Beds will be outfitted with clean linens upon your arrival.

The hospitality fee covers having the home clean on your arrival and cleaning after your departure. It also includes linens and towels for the occupancy limit of the home.

When you arrive in the Finger Lakes for your vacation, you can go directly to your vacation home. Prior to your arrival, we will email a time-sensitive code to you for the keyless entry, so late arrival is no problem! You can check in and begin enjoying your vacation home right away!

Each rental home is supplied with; paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, dish soap, hand soap, and travel sized shampoo and body soap. In addition, each home will be stocked with linens and towels for the occupancy limit of the home. Our kitchens are fully stocked with tableware and basic cooking utensils. Check the amenities list of each home to see what type of coffee pot is included so you can bring the correct type of coffee.

State laws prohibit bringing firewood in from outside areas to protect the spread of invasive insects and diseases. Campfire wood is available for purchase at many local convenience stores and at small self serve firewood stands along the major roads in the area.

Linger Hospitality LLC offers Property Protection Program for a charge of $59.00* This Damage Protection program covers up to $1,500.00 in accidental damage to your rented unit that occurs during your covered occupancy. Linger Hospitality LLC is responsible for filing all program claims on behalf of the tenants and the tenant will be notified in writing of any such claim. Tenant verification may be required in certain cases. Tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair of all damages that exceeds the coverage Limit of the Property Protection Program. The amount you pay for the Property Protection Program includes any related insurance, technology-support, service, and claims adjudication costs, along with administrative fees charged by Linger Hospitality LLC for making this coverage available. This program does not cover intentional damage, those damages resulting from the negligence of tenant, or damages from non-compliance with the terms of this agreement. How many of us could afford to lose the non-refundable part of our trip if something unexpected happened?  We all want the trip we’ve planned to be the vacation of our dreams. No one wants that dream to turn into a nightmare, but unexpected events can happen! Troubles can occur when you least anticipate them, illness...medical emergencies...delayed flights [snowstorms] and other severe weather. Forcing you to cancel or interrupt your trip, lose your vacation, and incur unplanned expenses. Linger Hospitality LLC has partnered with ® and InsureStays TM to help safeguard your booking deposit and other pre-paid non-refundable payments related to planned travel. We strongly encourage you to purchase optional travel insurance.
Travel Insurance covers risks incidental to planned travel such as sickness, accidental injury, or death of you or a family member (or of a traveling companion), weather delays, natural disasters, unexpected changes in your employment, and many more specified reasons.
The coverage costs 7% of your total reservation invoice. The premium charged for travel insurance is generally non-refundable after 15 days of coverage purchase.
As a covered traveler, should you have a medical issue or experience trip delay or interruption due to unforeseen developments, you may initiate your claim by calling (833) 610-0736.
Guests opting not to purchase travel insurance should be aware that no refund of your reservation deposit(s) will be available; therefore, your entire booking payment is at risk.
