Welcome to Wilderfell on Keuka Lake! This gorgeous home on Keuka's west side, is brand new and was completed in the summer of 2019. With a post and beam interior, new furnishings and beautifully decorated with over 100' of lakefront, this home will make all of your lake vacation dreams come true!
Wilderfell is tucked into a point on Keuka Lake with a small stream running past the north side of the house. Because the house is situated on a point, you have an expansive view of the lake and the bluff to the east and to the south of the house.
The main floor of the house has an open floor plan with cathedral ceiling in the living and dining room. These rooms are beautifully furnished with leather couches, a live-edge wooden table, and art. These rooms have large windows facing out over the deck and the lake. The kitchen is fully furnished with custom built cabinets and there is a half bath and laundry/mudroom off of the kitchen, with a side entrance from the small porch into the laundry room.
The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and is off of the Living Room, at the bottom of the stairs to the second floor. There is an attached Master bath with a double sink and a walk-in shower.
Walking up the stairs to the second floor, there is a landing overlooking the Dining Room/Kitchen/Living Room area. To the left is Bedroom 2 with the two Twin beds and windows facing out towards the lake. To the right is Bedroom 3 with a Queen bed. Between the two bedrooms is the second floor full bath with a tub/shower.

*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest. If you run out, you will be responsible for purchasing more according to the needs of your group
**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25.
**ABSOLUTELY NO pets or animals allowed at any time. Anyone found to be in violation, will be asked to leave immediately.
**No parties allowed at any time.
**Smoking prohibited except in outdoor areas.
**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS. ONLY 6 GUESTS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME!
**Parking for 3 vehicles only.
**DOCK USEAGE:
This home has a seasonal dock which is not available for use from October to Mid-May. Seasonal docks are made for loading/offloading passengers only and cannot be used to secure watercraft overnight or for any length of time.
Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.

We loved everything about this home, the furnishings were warm and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all of the gadgets you may need, including things we forgot! The floor to ceiling windows facing the lake were perfect! Well designed home for lake lovers. We will be returning next summer for sure. We have enjoyed vacationing in the Finger Lakes for many years and hands down, your home is our new favorite!

**In the event of a cancellation, it is necessary to notify Linger Hospitality as soon as possible. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days prior to the start date of a guests stay will be refunded in full, less the processing fee (percentage of reservation) and the damage insurance ($59), if applicable. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to the start date will receive 50% refund less the processing fee and damage insurance, if applicable. Cancellations received after the 30 day time period will not receive a refund. No refunds will be made for early departures or late arrivals. *A rental agreement will be sent to the guest via email immediately after booking. This rental agreement will need to be initialed by the guest before entry can be allowed into the home.
