Liberty on the Lake is a laid back home on Keuka's west side, just minutes outside of Hammondsport.
This older home on Keuka Lake sits down from the roadway, level with the lake, and has a unique layout with the main living areas on the lower level. The main living area has large windows and several patio doors facing toward the lake, bringing in the beautiful views of the water and plenty of sunshine.
From the roadway, you'll walk down a flight of stairs to the main entry of the home (parking is along the street on the opposite side of the road). Walking in the front door, you'll enter a hallway leading to Bedroom 1 (with a Queen bed) on the left, Bedroom 2 (with a Queen bed) on the right, and at the end of the hallway is the large game room and common area.
The game room has a small sitting area, a foosball table, and 2 Twin beds. The twin beds are situated in a corner of the game room with curtains to lend a bit of privacy. The game room has windows facing out over the lake. Bedroom 3 is located off of the game room and has a Queen bed.
Taking the flight of stairs from the hallway on the upper level, you'll walk down into the Lower level of the home, which contains the main living areas. The Living room and Dining room are a large open room with 3 sets of patio doors out onto the small deck area. The patio doors give the feel of a wall of windows and allow beautiful views of the lake and the water beyond.
The kitchen is just off of the Living area and has a eat-in kitchen table set into the corner, with windows facing over the water as well.
The full bath is just around the corner from the kitchen and has a walk in shower.
There is a small green space/yard in the front of the house by the lake. One of the best features of this home is the very large permanent dock, which is the perfect place for sunbathing, picnicking, pulling up a boat, or using a kayak. The permanent dock has outdoor furniture as well as picnic table. From the dock, you can glimpse Hammondsport at the end of the lake.

Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.

The home was great! Beautiful view and huge dock. Everything was great, incredible view, comfortable beds, great dock, very close to wineries. The stairs down to the house and lake are very steep and wouldnt recommend for somebody with mobility issues.

This place has a stunning view of the lake and you walk right out onto a private dock. It is an easy drive to so many attractions in the Finger Lakes -- just minutes from wineries and restaurants. Our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed it.

**In the event of a cancellation, it is necessary to notify Linger Hospitality as soon as possible. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days prior to the start date of a guests stay will be refunded in full, less the processing fee (percentage of reservation) and the damage insurance ($59), if applicable. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to the start date will receive 50% refund less the processing fee and damage insurance, if applicable. Cancellations received after the 30 day time period will not receive a refund. No refunds will be made for early departures or late arrivals. By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions of cancellation.
*A rental agreement will be sent to the guest via email immediately after booking. This rental agreement will need to be initialed by the guest before entry can be allowed into the home.
*Check in is 4:00 P.M. Check out at 10:00 A.M. Check in and Check out times MUST BE PROMPT unless arrangements are made otherwise with the reservationist.
*Reservation hold payment is 50% of the reservation amount, due at the time of reservation. Payment due in full 30 days before check in.
*Required fees include the processing fee and our hospitality fee. The hospitality fee covers all linens for the beds, one set of towels/washcloths per guest, and toiletries for your stay as well as cleaning service and laundry service for after your departure. All beds will be outfitted with linens before you arrive. Beach towels are not provided. A limited supply of toilet paper/paper towel is provided for each guest and if you run out, you are responsible for purchasing more according to the needs of your group.
